Create a listing

From Listings, click New listing. Reynt opens the create dialog on the AI import flow by default, because it’s the fastest way to get a well‑filled listing. A manual wizard is one click away if you’d rather type everything yourself.

AI import reads whatever material you already have about a property and drafts the whole listing — texts, facts, amenities, images and SEO — for you to review before anything goes live.

Provide any combination of the following (at least one):

  • Text — paste a description, a listing from another site, or your own notes.
  • URL — a link to an existing listing page; Reynt reads the page.
  • PDF — upload a brochure or exposé (up to 10 MB).
  • Photos — up to 10 images (JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF, 10 MB each). These feed visual analysis, and the imported photos become the listing’s gallery.

Everything you upload at once — the PDF plus all photos — has to stay under 25 MB in total, so the per-file limits above won’t all be reachable at the same time. The form adds it up as you go and tells you before you upload.

More material means a richer draft.

The second step lets you pin down details the AI must not invent:

  • Standard price — the base nightly rate.
  • Owner — the property owner (marketplace mode only).
  • Address — street, city, postal code and country.

Anything you enter here is applied to the listing before generation, so the draft is grounded in your real numbers and address rather than guesses.

Click Start import. The listing is created immediately and the AI works in the background — you can leave the page. A banner on the listing tracks progress and tells you when the draft is ready to review.

When the import finishes, open Review and apply. The review screen shows everything the AI produced, fully editable:

  • Title, excerpt, description, customer info and SEO — with a tab per enabled language, so you can adjust each translation before applying.
  • Property facts: type, capacity, rooms, stay limits, pets, deposit, check‑in/out times and address.
  • Matched amenities and tags — deselect anything that doesn’t fit.
  • Imported photos — set the cover and edit labels.

Nothing is written to the live listing until you act. Choose:

  • Apply — save the reviewed content to the listing, staying in draft.
  • Apply & Publish — save and, if the listing meets the readiness checks, take it live in one step.

Prefer to start from scratch? In the create dialog, switch to the manual wizard (the pencil / “manual” link). It’s a three‑step form:

  1. Basic info — title and listing key.
  2. Capacity — maximum guests, bedrooms, bathrooms and living space.
  3. Pricing — a standard nightly price.

Finishing creates the listing in draft. You then fill in the rest — images, description, amenities, location — from the detail view sections. You can switch back to AI import from the wizard’s first step at any time.

However you create it, the listing starts as a draft and won’t appear on the storefront until you publish it. Work down the completeness checklist, then publish.
