Welcome to Reynt

Reynt is a rental management platform built around three ideas: listings (the properties you rent out), bookings (the reservations against them), and your storefront (the public website guests browse and book on). You run all of it from the admin console.

Who uses the console?

The console is for operators — property managers, host teams, and marketplace operators. Guests never see it; they see your storefront. Each person on your team logs in with their own account, and you control what they can do from Settings → Members (see Members & roles).

The big pieces

The console’s left sidebar groups everything you’ll use. The top cluster is your daily driver, followed by labelled groups:

• Operate — the Dashboard, the Inbox for guest messages, the Calendar across all properties, plus Bookings and Requests. If you turn on the email confirmation gate, a Mail Outbox appears here too.
• Listings — every property you rent, plus Smart Search analytics.
• Finance — Payments and Invoices.
• People — Customers, and Owners if you run in marketplace mode.
• Storefront — your public site: Pages, Navigation, Blog, Media, Promotions, and Appearance.
• Settings (the gear at the bottom) — all tenant configuration, grouped into Configuration, Billing, Communication, Catalogs, and Platform. Catalogs holds the reusable building blocks listings draw on — Amenities, Attributes, Property Types, Tags, Places, and Distances — and Configuration includes storefront Redirects. The Storefront group and Smart Search only appear in the sidebar once you have a fully set-up listing; until then they’re reachable via the command palette or direct URL. Everything under Settings is always visible.

Direct vs marketplace mode

A tenant runs in one of two modes, chosen when it’s created:

• Direct — you manage your own properties. There are no separate owners.
• Marketplace — you manage properties on behalf of external owners. An extra Owners area appears, each listing belongs to an owner, and owner settlement invoices come into play.

The mode is fixed for a tenant and shown (read-only) under Settings → Identity.

Multiple brands

Each Reynt tenant is fully isolated — separate listings, guests, invoices, and branding. If you operate more than one brand, run them as separate tenants and switch between them from the organisation picker at the top of the sidebar.
