Catalog overview

The catalog is where you define the building blocks your listings reuse — amenities, attributes, tags, property types, places and distance types. You create each item once, and it becomes available to assign to any listing. Keeping these in a shared catalog means consistent labels, icons and translations across your whole portfolio.

The catalog pages

Each catalog type has its own page, gathered under Settings → Catalogs:

• Amenities — features a property offers (WiFi, pool, parking).
• Attributes — typed facts about a property (see Amenities, attributes and tags).
• Tags — free‑form labels used as storefront filter pills.
• Property types — apartment, house, villa, and so on. See Property types.
• Places and Distances — locations and points of interest. See Places and distances.

Amenities, attributes, tags and distances are simple lists: each item has an ID, a per‑language label or name, an icon, and (where relevant) a visible or searchable flag that controls whether it shows on the storefront. You add, edit and delete items directly on the page.

The global catalog

Rather than typing every amenity from scratch, you can pull from Reynt’s global catalog — a curated, professionally translated library shared across the platform. On the Amenities, Attributes and Distances pages you’ll find two buttons:

• Add from catalog — browse the global library, pick the items that fit your business, and import them. Each import becomes a linked copy: it’s yours to edit, but its additional‑language labels and default description keep coming from the catalog unless you override them. Imported items carry a small Catalog badge.
• Link to catalog — already built your own list? Linking matches your existing items to the global catalog so they gain the catalog’s multilingual labels and descriptions, while your own labels are kept as overrides.

When you edit a linked item, any language label or description you leave blank inherits from the catalog; anything you fill in overrides it.

AI catalog selection

Both flows are AI‑assisted:

• In Add from catalog, Suggest for my business pre‑selects the catalog items most relevant to your properties, so you’re not scanning the whole library.
• In Link to catalog, Reynt analyses your existing items and proposes matches — flagged as either an exact match or an AI match — for you to review and approve.

Icons and AI icon suggestions

Amenities, attributes, property types and distances each take an icon, chosen from a searchable icon picker. When the item already has a name, the picker offers a suggest button that proposes fitting icons for you — a quick way to give every catalog entry a consistent, recognisable symbol on the storefront.
