Content and media

Four sections of the listing detail view hold the content guests see: Texts, Property Facts, Images and SEO. Each saves on its own.

The Texts section holds the listing’s words:

  • Title — the main heading on the storefront.
  • Listing key — the URL‑friendly identifier (see Listings overview). The console checks availability as you type.
  • Excerpt — a short summary shown on search results and listing cards.
  • Description — the full rich‑text description on the listing page.

Title, excerpt and description are per language: each has a tab for every enabled language, so you translate content in place. Next to each field is an AI menu — generate the field from the rest of the listing, or translate what you’ve written into the other languages while preserving formatting. You can always edit the result before saving. See AI content generation and Multilingual content.

Property Facts captures the structured details:

  • Property type — apartment, house, and so on (see Property types).
  • Cancellation policy — which policy applies to bookings of this listing.
  • Capacity — maximum guests (and optionally a breakdown of adults, children and infants).
  • Rooms — bedrooms, bathrooms and living space (m²).
  • Stay limits — minimum and maximum stay in days (set maximum to unlimited to remove the cap).
  • Pets — allowed, not allowed, or inherit the default; plus an optional maximum number of pets.
  • Searchable — whether the listing appears in storefront search and filters.
  • Featured — flag the listing as featured for promotion on the storefront.

Stay limits also live here alongside the wider stay rules.

Strong photos are one of the biggest drivers of bookings. On the Images section you can:

  • Upload one or more photos at once.
  • Reorder them by dragging — order is how they appear in the gallery.
  • Set the cover — mark one image as the primary/cover image. A cover is required before you can publish.
  • Label each image (its alt text) and tag it, which helps accessibility and search.

The SEO section controls how the listing appears in search engines and link previews:

  • Search title — up to 255 characters; falls back to the listing title if left blank.
  • Meta description — up to 500 characters.

Both are per language, and a live preview shows roughly how the result will look. An AI menu can draft both from the listing content. Filling them in is a nice‑to‑have on the completeness checklist — good for polish, not required to publish.
