Calendar views
Reynt has two calendars for reading availability: a global grid covering every listing at once, and a per-listing month view. Both are read-only — you make changes on the Unavailability tab, in bookings, or through iCal sync — and both share the same colour legend.
The global calendar
Section titled “The global calendar”Open Calendar from the main navigation. It shows one row per listing and one column per day of the selected month, so you can scan your whole portfolio side by side. Use the arrows to move between months.
- Filter by title narrows the rows by listing title or key. You can type several comma-separated terms.
- Filter by tags limits the grid to listings carrying the tags you pick.
Hover a cell for a moment, or click it to pin, and a panel shows that day’s status, any block reason, and the price. From there you can jump straight to Open booking #… (when a booking occupies the day) or Open listing calendar.
The per-listing calendar
Section titled “The per-listing calendar”Each listing has its own Calendar tab (Listings → [listing] → Calendar) laid out as a familiar month grid. Every day shows its date and, when a price applies, the nightly price beneath it. Use the arrows to change month.
What the colours mean
Section titled “What the colours mean”Both calendars use the same legend:
- Available (green) — bookable, with a price.
- Booked (blue) — a confirmed booking.
- Pending (pink) — a booking that isn’t confirmed yet.
- Blocked (red) — a manual block from the Unavailability tab.
- External Calendar (purple) — a block imported from another platform via iCal sync.
- No price (amber) — no pricing rule covers the day, so it can’t be booked until you add one.
Some cells are split diagonally into two colours. These are transition days: a departure morning after the last booked night, or an arrival afternoon at the start of a stay. The coloured half marks the part of the day the listing is occupied, so back-to-back stays read correctly instead of looking like a full blocked day.
Prices in the calendar
Section titled “Prices in the calendar”The per-listing calendar prints the nightly price on each day, and the global calendar shows it in the hover panel. A day marked No price has no rule to price it — set base or seasonal pricing on the listing’s Prices tab to make it bookable.
