Translations page

The Translations page collects every missing translation value across your whole account — listings, catalog, website content, notifications, and settings — into one table, so you never have to hunt through individual editors to find what’s untranslated.

Open it from the Settings area under Settings → Translations (it appears next to Settings → Languages). If your account only has one supported language, the page tells you there’s nothing to translate and links you to add more languages.

The coverage check is thorough, so it runs only when you ask. Click Scan now to sweep every text; the result is cached for your session and survives navigating into an editor and back. Use Refresh to re-run it after you make changes.

After a scan you’ll see:

  • A per-language summary — a badge per language showing how many values are still missing, plus a running total.
  • A coverage table, grouped into Listings, Catalog & commerce, Website content, Notifications & emails, and Settings. Each row names the entity and the fields that are missing, and which languages they’re missing in.

Filter the table by area or by a single language to focus. Every row has an Open action that deep-links straight into the owning editor (the listing, catalog item, page, email template, or setting) so you can fix it in context.

When nothing is missing, the page shows All translations complete.

Instead of translating by hand, you can let AI propose translations from your default language.

  • Fill all with AI translates every missing value; Fill filtered translates only what matches your current area/language filter.
  • Before it runs, a confirmation shows how many values and texts will be translated. Nothing is saved yet — the AI only proposes.
  • Progress is shown inline while it works.

When the run finishes, a review modal opens over the suggestions. Every proposed translation is selected by default — deselect anything you don’t want, then apply. Only the values you keep are written back to your content.

After you apply, a fill report appears above the table summarizing what was applied, skipped, and suggested. If a run fails, nothing is saved (the fill only ever proposes), and you can try again.

Per-language email and notification template texts are part of the sweep too, under the Notifications & emails group — so a missing German booking-confirmation text shows up here alongside untranslated listings, and its Open link takes you to the template editor in Settings → Notifications.
