Console tour

This tour points out the parts of the console you’ll use most. Everything is tenant-scoped: the sidebar, dashboard, and pages all reflect the tenant (organisation) you’re currently in.

Your landing page (Dashboard) is a stacked set of at-a-glance widgets:

  • Overview and Revenue stat cards — totals for bookings, booking requests, and listings, plus revenue figures. In marketplace mode you also see platform revenue and average platform fee.
  • Booking Trends — a chart of revenue against booking count over the last few months (the window is set in Settings → Identity).
  • Recent Activity — the latest bookings and requests, each linking to its detail.
  • Action Required and Needs attention — pending booking requests, conversations awaiting a reply, and derived alerts (for example a calendar sync or mail failure), each with a button that takes you straight to the work.
  • Get Started — the onboarding checklist for a new tenant (see First steps). It disappears once you complete or dismiss it; you can bring it back from Settings → Identity.
  • Upcoming check-ins and Listing setup — your next arrivals and any listings that still need work.

The left sidebar is grouped by what you’re doing. The top cluster is the daily driver — Dashboard, Inbox, Calendar, Bookings, Requests (and Mail Outbox when the confirmation gate is on) — followed by the Listings, Finance, and People groups. Badges on Inbox and Mail Outbox show how many items need attention.

The Storefront group and Smart Search (under Listings) only appear once you have a fully set-up listing — until then the sidebar stays focused on the operating core. Once revealed they stay visible, and both are always reachable via the command palette or direct URL in the meantime.

At the bottom, the Settings gear opens a second sidebar with the Configuration, Billing, Communication, Catalogs, and Platform groups — see Tenant settings.

The top bar has a View storefront button that opens your live public site (or a preview if it isn’t live yet), the AI assistant, search, the notification bell, and the organisation picker.

Calendar shows every listing side by side — one row per property, one column per day of the selected month. Each cell is colour-coded (available, booked, pending, blocked, external calendar, no price). Hover a cell for the status, reason, and price, with links to open the booking or that listing’s own calendar. Filter by title or tags to narrow the grid.

Press Cmd/Ctrl + K to open the command palette. Type to jump to any page — including every Settings page and anything hidden from the sidebar, such as Storefront pages or Smart Search on a fresh tenant — or search live for a listing, booking, request, customer, owner, invoice, inbox conversation, or storefront page and open it directly. There’s always an Ask AI option at the top, which hands your question to the assistant panel.

Two shortcuts are worth knowing:

  • References jump straight to the record. Typing a booking reference like B9001 searches bookings and requests only; a customer reference like C1234 searches guests. The exact prefixes follow whatever you configured for each.
  • # finds a listing by its key. #3 returns every listing whose key starts with 3, exact match first, and nothing else. Use it when your keys are short — a bare 3 is below the two-character minimum, and even typed in full it would be buried under every description that happens to mention a 3.

The Ask Reynt… button in the top bar (shortcut Cmd/Ctrl + J) opens the assistant as a docked panel on the right. It can read your tenant’s data, answer questions, and propose changes that you confirm before anything happens. When you’re on a record, a small chip above the message box names it, so you can say “this booking” and skip the reference — remove the chip, or add more records with + Add context, at any time.

Two related things sit next to it:

  • AI activity — the icon beside the notification bell opens a tray of running and recently finished AI workflows, so you can follow progress and review results without leaving the page (or interrupting the chat).
  • Help — guidance for the page you’re on, opened by that page’s Help button; it slides over the chat and Back to chat returns you.

See The AI assistant for what it can do.

Pages that have guidance show a Help button in the page header. It opens the assistant panel on its Help tab with tips specific to that page — useful on bookings, listings content, the storefront pages editor, and more.

The bell in the top bar rolls up the sidebar badges — unread inbox conversations and, when the confirmation gate is on, emails held in the Mail Outbox. Open it to jump to whichever needs you, or see “You’re all caught up”.

If your account belongs to more than one tenant, the organisation name at the top of the sidebar is a picker. Select another organisation to switch the entire console to it, or choose Manage to see all your tenants. Your last choice is remembered.

The Account page manages how you sign in — your profile (name, email, language) and security (password, two-factor, passkeys, active sessions). These open the secure Zitadel account portal in a new tab. Account settings are personal; they don’t change tenant configuration.
