Yes — free for 14 days. It takes under a minute to set up, needs no credit card, and after 14 days the trial ends by itself: nothing carries on unless you actively continue. Personal onboarding with a product expert is included in every plan — and if you would rather be shown around than click through it yourself, just write to us.

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time — just get in touch. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.

Reynt charges zero transaction fees on bookings. Bank transfers arrive with no processing fees at all — what the guest sends is what lands in your account. Should you ever settle payments through a payment provider, that provider's own fees apply, and Reynt takes no share of those either.

Guests pay by bank transfer — with scan-to-pay QR codes, structured payment references, and split deposit/balance schedules — or in cash on arrival.

No minimum term — the contract runs indefinitely. You can cancel at any time, in text form; an email is enough. There is no notice period: the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month — fees already paid for that month are not refunded.

Extra properties appear on your next invoice — no surprises, and nothing stops working the moment you add one. The per-property rate depends on your plan: on Starter each property beyond the three included costs 8 EUR, on Professional each beyond the fifteen costs 6 EUR, and on Business each beyond the thirty costs 2.50 EUR, dropping to 1.25 EUR from the 101st on. One exception: Starter is capped at 8 properties; from the ninth on you move to Professional.

No. Reynt is built for direct bookings through your own site, not for driving the portals. It keeps availability in sync over iCal in both directions — it does not push rates or content to the portals. If you run a channel manager, Reynt runs alongside it as long as it publishes an iCal feed. Tell us which one you use and we will say upfront whether the two work together.

Yes — on every plan, with no unit count. We don't meter your generations; fair use for a normal rental operation applies. If you need substantially more, say when importing a large portfolio, you connect your own API key: Anthropic or Mistral, plus your own key for vector search if you want one. From that point you settle usage directly with your provider, at their price and with no markup from us. Either way, what each generation cost shows up in the usage overview in the console. Your plan price is unaffected: you buy AI at cost instead of moving up a tier for it.
